If you somehow still haven’t watched The Capture, now’s the moment — the third and latest season is up on Peacock, so you can binge the whole thing start to finish. It’s a British surveillance thriller built on a genuinely unsettling idea: what if the CCTV footage everyone trusts can’t be trusted at all? Holliday Grainger plays a sharp young detective who catches a case that looks open-and-shut on video, then starts pulling a thread that goes somewhere much bigger. Creator Ben Chanan is ridiculously good at making you paranoid about every camera you walk past, and each season is only about six episodes, so it never overstays its welcome. If you like your thrillers twisty, smart, and a little scary about where tech is headed, start at Season 1. All of it’s on Peacock.
